Heart of Texas Brady

We saw sign saying that Brady is the Heart of Texas so we had to stop for a while to see it and maybe find a good place for dinner as well.

On The Road Again

After a couple of days rest we're on the road again heading back to Texas for the rest of the summer. We've got to start "workamping" again.

We're going to take the "red roads" back to Texas so we may not see too many sights to take pictures of. Oh well you can never tell what we'll see.

Fort Dodge

Today we're going to see the old Fort Dodge or what's left of it.

Downtown Dodge

Today we're going to see what kind of buildings and so what we can find.

Dodge City Day Two

We drove into town to begin our sight seeing of this famous town. We saw a lot of interesting things but we didn't see Matt Dillon.

Dodge City Kansas

We checked in to Gunsmoke RV Parkhttp://www.gunsmokervpark.com/ in Dodge City. It is a real nice park and not far from town. There were several RVers who had left the rally in Hutchinson already here. Late this afternoon, twelve RVers with 5th wheelers from Memphis checked in, they had gotten their refund too.

We decided we'd spend the rest of today visiting with the other RVers that came in from Hutchinson and share stories with them. Tomorrow we're going to take a tour of Dodge City and see what this town is all about.
